John always does a wonderful job and is knowledgeable about what we need whether it be in or outside. Did very well with Covid precautions wearing a mask. Highly recommended

Only reason 4 star for promptness was due to missing the two hour window. Appointment was late afternoon so recommended early appointments, Incase things come up. Otherwise great service.
He introduced himself, asked if he could use our outdoor hose, he thanked Me. He asked if there was anything else I might need indoors I said no and he very politely and said he would be out of my hair in a short while. He was very sweet and wished me a good day.
The technician Jamal who treated the inside and outside of my home was a 10. He was professional, courteous, very thorough and knowledgeable. He is by far the best Aptive tech I have had service my property! Thank you Jamal and thank you Aptive!!!
Aptive is awesome! Our service tech is always courteous and efficient and if a reservice is needed I’m able to call and get a quick follow up for pesky spiders or bees in the spring.
