Honestly, they're good. I haven't seen any posts in a long while. They come do their job professionally and leave us feeling satisfied that they did a great job!

Always a great experience with Aptive and I recommend to everyone. Prompt, thorough, and well worth the price. We have their regular quarterly service. Whenever I need a visit in-between scheduled visits, they are great with scheduling and addressing the concern until the problem is solved! Mice, bees, earwigs, silver fish, spiders, etc always taken care of!
Following our first service with Aptive, after switching from Orkin, in just a few weeks, we noticed 5 dead mice from under the deck, which had been a persisting problem that Orkin did not seem able to manage as well. Additionally, Orkin never did a routine sweep of spider webs around the house & eaves and our spiders this summer have been out of control despite quarterly indoor/outdoor treatment by Orkin.
