This was my first initial treatment. They will be back out in 30 days. Chris was the name of the guy who came out and took care of my house. He was very professional and listened to what I had to say and explained everything to me. I actually had a big bee nest on the side of the house with at least 20 bees. He took his brush and extended it up to the nest and just squished them and knocked the nest down. He did it so fast and quick. Never seen it done that way. I was impressed.

Ryan did a super job. He was helpful in giving us information about Aptive. He is an exceptional young man who is respectful ,clean, honest and a hard worker. He went over all our pest problems and solved the issue we had. He made us feel comfortable when he entered the inside of our home. Ryan Stobbs did a fantastic job! Our sales rep (don't even know what his name was) sold us on a price, then when he emailed the contract to us, it was different pricing that what had been agreed upon. Ryan came out and made it right for us. He asked me what my main concern was with bugs, he listened, was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling him again in the future!

Khalil B performed my first aptive pest control treatment. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my questions and concerns and addressed them all. He was very thorough and took his time doing the work. I appreciate this because the last company I had a contract with I felt like they really rushed to get the job done.
