Martin P came out and was great. He really took time to explain everything and made sure we got everything covered. No pest issues since he started coming out.
This is the 3rd quarterly treatment and they are doing a super job! Preston, the tech from yesterday's visit was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job! Our ants that were gobbling up our cat's food win a few minutes of putting it out, are gone, as are all the rest of the problem bugs.
Our service professional, Ryan, did an amazing job. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air. He took pride in the quality of servicing our yard, exterior and interior of our home while being respectful and helpful to any of our questions. Ryan was fantastic! Took care of all of my concerns and even went above and beyond the normal work and purged my attic of pests. I informed him how much i dislike spiders and went around the house 2 times and 3 times in areas where there is outside living to remove any and all signs of them. I would strongly recommend his work and attitude any day!
I am happy with your service at keeping the creepy crawlers from coming inside my house..HOWEVER... PRESTON..was dusting my windows and removing all cobwebs I never noticed.. before he sprayed for any critters this time..very courteous and answered all my questions..and this was just OUTSIDE..he took care of the inside as well..THANK YOU APTIVE.....NADENE T.
My service pro, Ryan, did an excellent job while servicing our home. He was on-time, thorough, professional, and one of the few visitors our dogs seem to tolerate (they don't go crazy barking and trying to get out to him). We have had no problems with billing or service.

Ryan arrived 20 minutes into the 2 hours window I was given for my service, I really appreciated not having to wait an hour and 50 minutes like some vendors do (no names but they do cable!) Anyway, Ryan introduced himself and gave a firm handshake (very nice) was knowledgable and answered the billion questions I asked about my issue. He was very thorough and professional, kudos to Ryan, you are a credit to your profession!
