We had our first quarterly service today. Michael B. was very thorough and completed all my requested services. He was pleasant and cooperative with special requests. The products seem to be working and I look forward to a bug free home. Donna H.

Just started using Aptive for my pest control needs and I couldn't be happier. Paul Freeman was our rep and he was extremely polite and diligent.
I signed a year contract with Aptive because salesman Joseph was very helpful and offered very good rates, plus no charge for extra visits. My initial treatment was done by Mr.Lauro Canales. He did an excellent job, answered all my questions and concerns and I hope he is our technician every quarter!

Kelly Graves from Aptive provided our quarterly service today and did a wonderful job making sure all areas were sprayed. He was very professional and even reminded us that our weep holes needed wire mesh or brillo pads to help keep critters out. Thanks for an awesome service.
Carlton P. arrived at my home as scheduled. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He asked if we were having any pest issues. After listening to my concerns, he told me how he would be treating the yard and interior of my home. He told me what to do with our pets to keep them safe and went to work. Kelly G arrived at my house during the window of time and when he got here he was polite and friendly. He reviewed my concerns and then told me the treatments he would perform. When he was finished he showed me some areas of possible entry points and gave me some tips as to how to keep a look out on those areas. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone needing service.
