I've been with Aptive for a little over a year now. The service pro's are always so professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough. They also work so well with my schedule. I have requested same day services on multiple occasions and they always accommodate. The price is one of the lowest I have found in the city as well. Very happy with the service!
Our technician (Preston Bates) came out and did a wonderful job. He listened to our concerns and asked all the right questions. He did a wonderful job of servicing the inside and then once we explained that the neighbors had a chicken coop, he went out of his way to lay down preventative treatments outside for all the pests that the chickens would attract. Thanks again for the great service.
Mr. Preston Bates serviced our home in a very professional matter even donning shoe covers before entering the home. He made sure to spray the perimeter of my storage shed which he did without question.
Service personnel are very courteous and professional. The service is great. This is my second year of using this company and I have not found a reason to complain about the results I've received from the treatments.

I had Bulwark for over 8 years and I’m so sad I switched to Aptive. Our home backs up to a tree line so we get all kinds of pests that come into my backyard and our home. Since I’ve had Aptive I’ve seen more and more come up and make it into our home. They’ve sprayed in the rain and said their spray was water resistant which leads me to believe that either they are lying or their spray is not potent against these pests we have in South Texas. Either way I’m bummed that I’m in a contract with them.
Angel Arriaga was fast and efficient. He took care of all my concerns and assured me Aptive would return if any of the bugs resurfaced.
Preston comes and is great with treating our lawn. He is friendly and professional. I know that he will do a thorough job. Really hate fire ants!
Kelly Graves was very thorough in treating my property for pests. I especially appreciate how attentive he was to ensure my specific concerns were addressed. I called on Thursday and had a technician on Friday. Highly recommend Aptive Environmental.
