Preston Bates is our service technician and he did a great job. I’ve notice a significant difference in the amount of ants and bugs in and around our house since we started with Adaptive. Also I love that adaptive sends out reminders the day before your service.

We had a good initial service with Steve A. He was very professional and answered questions that we had. So far we are happy and will update after the first quarter service.
Parker Smart (Route Manager) in San Antonio was just at my door trying to sell me on Aptive Environmental. When I didn't agree to sign a contract with the company, he called me "ignorant". Yes, the sales / route manager trying to get a customer called the potential customer "ignorant". Told him to get off my property and that I will be calling the company about his remarks. Then he tried to tell me that he was sorry, too late. What kind of people do you have working for you Aptive?
