Mike R. and Johnny L. we're very thorough and professional with their treatment of the exterior and interior of my home.
Brandon and Carlos came to my house to do the Aptive service they both were very professional and Quick, I had a lot going on when they came, UPS was looking for a lost package a pet parent was picking up etc. Brandon stayed very professional and positive despite having a bunch of dogs barking at him.
Carlos & Brandon ware quite professional and explained procedures to me. They answered all my questions and concerns.
I am truly impressed with the service I received from Aptive. The Service professionals Nic and Mike arrived at my home earlier than the projected appointment time (which I certainly did not mind at all) and they went ahead and inspected the exterior of the home before they got started on the job, Nic and Mike consulted me with a plan that would be most effective for my pest control needs and were able to provide service in a very professional and timely manner.
