It’s been nearly a year and they have proven to be worth the quarterly cost. No issues with critters and they are only a call away when we see anything.
Today our technician,Jared took care of our home. We’ve had him several times and each time discusses what he’s going to do and how much time he expects to be at our home. He’s ALWAYS professional and knowledgeable and courteous! We would appreciate having him as our technician for every Aptive visit!! Thanks for hiring such high caliber employees!!

It has been really bad, costumer service is terrible, communication within the company is the worst, every time I have a problem is almost impossible to get it fixed, and is always someone else’s fault at the end of the day nothing gets comunicated to no one and that’s just frustrating
Pierre Hamel did an exceptional job, he is very courteous and very thorough. He goes over everything that has to done on the initial service.
Every time Aptive comes to my home to spray for spiders (its a huge problem in my basement,) they go above and beyond expectations! They even found the source of where the spiders are entering the basement, after two years of trying to figure it out with another company. And they put down sticky pads to catch spiders in between sprayings. Thank you Aptive for helping me out so thoroughly
