Leo came out this time he was great! We had our house serviced for the initial service, then the regular quarterly service. Do to having a 16 month old at home on the first service they recommended not doing the inside unless we could get him out of the house for a few hours. The second treatment we were out of town with an emergency. They treated and left a sign. Because we hadn't had any inside area done inside, it pushed the carpenter ants we had inside. I wish there was an option for 0 star. Door to door salesperson gave a quick explanation of the service and we decided to get the service since we were told they were only offering that price because neighbors had signed up with them as well. Our service started in February. The bug problem in and out of my house got worse. I waited until they came the second time, no improvement. Called the company to try to cancel my service but I would have to pay for the rest of the 1 year contract. They offered a re-service, but nobody ... read more
Todd, our service pro, did a great job. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful. he went over how the service works and even provided us with sample packets to kill "silverfish". I highly recommend using Aptive and ask for Todd.

Andre went above and beyond during our application yesterday. He was super friendly, super efficient and super kind. He wouldn't let me touch any of the traps filled with disgusting bugs and wrapped them up tightly in a plastic bag for me. He moved my groundhog trap for me which was a very nice added bonus to the service. You go Andre!!
Aundrey P provided me with excellent and prompt customer service. I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with this company so far, as well as the results from using them (no bugs.) I highly recommend this company!
We just moved to a new house and had all kinds of outdoor bugs and pests especially since we back onto a woodsy area. Todd was prompt and professional. Best of all, he had grown up in our area and gave us some great info on schools and activities for our kids. He also seemed knowledgable about what kinds of pests we see in our area. Brenden was very professional, friendly and punctual. He showed up on time, worked quickly, but very thoroughly, and the best part is I haven't seen a single ant in my yard this week (about a week since the day of service). I wish I haven't spent a fortune on non-commercial products. Great company - would definitely recommend to others.
