James Jackson is the aptive technician who came to our house today to perform pest control. James is positive and professional. He was courteous and clear when explaining aptive service. James Jackson was the technician that came to our home. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of the product and the insects in and around our home. We will certainly ask for James to come back for the follow up treatments!
The technician, Sam Peterson, arrived on time, was very professional, personable and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, asked if there were any particular areas of concern so that he could make sure that he addressed them - nothing was overlooked. Very pleased with his service.
So far everything's been great , we signed up with Peter and Archer ( may not be spelled right ) did initial service . Very professional and friendly so far I am very impressed with this company .
Jeff was on time and professional. I told him that I only had 45 minutes, so he did the inside 1st and finished up outside the house. Truly he was done in under 30. He did every room I wanted and moved anything in his way (with my permission) and did not miss a thing. Very thorough and polite. I am very happy with the service so far!
Kind, friendly, and with a great smile, I felt completely at ease with James. He asked about and then addressed my pest concerns, even treating my kids' swingset despite the wasps' inactivity during the chilly weather.
Aundrey was on time and introduced himself. He explained what he would be doing and went over the protection plan. When he had finished he took the time to explain what he did, and some trouble areas to keep an eye on. Reminded us to call if we needed anything. A job well done!
Jeff was very professional. He explained the process. When I asked him to take care of a specific problem he did.
Today was my initial service and Mike Windley did an excellent job and explaining what he was going to do today and for future services. He was very professional and nice.
