We have been with Aptive, for over a year, and have had no problems since. Mulbah, was great! He asked if we had any issues, then explained what he was going to do. Very professional and a pleasure to work with him!
I have been using Aptive for more than a year, and am totally satisfied. They provide notification prior to visits, are totally professional, and, best of all, NO HOME INTRUDERS. Today, Kevin came, he sprayed, he inspected, and I slept through it all.
William J did a great job with the service today despite the demanding weather conditions. Yard was soaked from snow and rain fall from the previous day but William performed the service in an exceptional way.
Johnathan arrived in a very timely manner showing an excellent level of knowledge about services and pest control in general. He proved to be a true professional. Also, he was very helpful and friendly while offering very useful advice. He deserves an A++ rating.
Aptive representative Justin Johnson was very knowledgeable and thorough doing extermination. He noticed spider eggs, webs etc. and cleaned and spread the area. Very happy with his work.
Overall a very professional and positive service experience. The technician (Americal) thoroughly explained what would be involved and made sure that all my home's service needs were being addressed in full. The service was prompt, professional, and complete. Nice job on a hot &humid day!!
William was great. My son loved watching him work around the exterior of the house and William made sure my son could see what he was doing. So sweet. He went out of his way to include my son. Thanks for outstanding service.
William Jackson was on time, professional and did a thorough job. He provided information several times, asked if I had questions or concerns.
He did a good job. Was on time and clean. Sprayed for ants and set traps for mice. Since I have a contract, it was free.
