Rancy Jah, the tech, called ahead to see if he could be early. He was very thorough and advised me of all Aptive policies. He informed me when the service was complete. Good job!
Devon provided my quarterly service. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, and very polite and thorough. He helped try to be proactive to try to find the best home protection before "ant-season" starts. He also understood what was sub-optimal about a prior application provided by someone else. Devin was very thorough, cleaning cobwebs outside, and in the basement and garage. He let us know of a small opening to the garage. He was very courteous, knowledgable and professional.

No way to run a business. I called and schedule a appointment they gave me monday between 12:00 & 4:00 I took off work early and sat at my home till 4:00 No show, so I called They told me they could not make it, They put me on hold then said they could do 5:00 I was fine with that, when she put me on hold again and said there was a schedule conflict they could not come at all. Aundrey Parker is very friendly and knowledgable, he takes his time with me and all the questions and issues I have. He even rescheduled after he was here because of rain, wanted to make sure the treatment would be most effective.
