Leo was very punctual and professional. Told me exactly what he was going to do and what products he was going to use. Showed me exactly where to sign and initial and overall made the appointment very convenient for me.
Leo was here at the perfect time and walked me through everything he was going to do and what he was going to use and what it was for! He then executed his service to our satisfaction!

Mr. Terry who was the technician was well trained and detail oriented in explaining all the minute details of the work he was to perform and did pay attention for my inquiries.
I spoke with a salesperson who was in our neighborhood yesterday and based on his claims that I would receive more service for less money than I am receiving with my current pest control company, I decided to give them a try. Leo arrived today for my initial treatment and I must say, he was more thorough than any other tech we have had on our property. I am happy so far!
My first encounter with Aptive was so positive I immediately signed up to join Aptive. My Route Manager Brenden was fantastic. No hard sell just casual conversation with the services Aptive could provide. This was my first experience with Aptive. Greg R. was very professional and very thorough. He found a number of issues I was not aware of and corrected them while he was here.
Just signed up with Aptive and within an hour had our 1st treatment. Leo was very thorough reviewing the service we had and it was just as we were told. Leo told me what to expect after our 1st treatment and to call if we were dissatisfied or need further treatment. Very pleased so far.
