I received great service from beginning to end. The service rep who enrolled me was very courteous and Terry, the Service Pro, was patient and well informed. The experience provided a wealth of helpful tips and insights that I'm not sure I'd received if I used another firm.

Greg Roper was fantastic! He showed right on time at the start of the appointment window. He was very thorough in going over the house looking for any suspicious insects. I was not only impressed by how quickly he got all of the treatment down but he also found problems I hadn't been aware of! Bottom line - he was awesome.
