Just had our first appointment/treatment with Todd and it was a fabulous experience. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he was extremely nice and engaging. Looking forward to more experiences with Todd and his company.
Aptive Pest Control did a great job at our home in Potomac. Greg R, our Aptive Service Pro, was awesome. He listened to what we needed to be done for treating small house Ants in the yard and around the home's perimeter. He was very professional, and he went step by step over what he would be doing in our yard that day. He even was careful to avoid any vegetable gardens, pets, or other possible hazards for us. He did a great job, and we will be using Aptive for a quarterly service plan this year.
Johnathan S. was ultra professional and knowledgable. This was a first visit, but it left me impressed with their overall service.
Todd and Mike came out on time as they said they would to perform the first pest treatment in my yard. They were very polite and courteous and did a good job of explaining what they were doing.
The Tech's were Robert H. and Ammaron H.. They were very professional and thoroughly cleaned the webs from the house. They explained what they were going to do and then went over it again once they finished.
Leo was great! Walked us through what he was going to do and what the products did. He did a thorough job and was very professional and took the time to explain the process.
Leo is the man! Really nice guy and provided excellenct service. Walked me through what he was doing and accomplishing. Very professional through the entire process. Look forward to them finishing up the job!
Great job explained everything. Recommend Robert and Ammaron for your pest control needs. On going contract is a great deal and very flexible.
Overall it was a great experience. Mike was very helpful. Leo showed up on time and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you
