Great service and friendly people. We got our entire house perimeter sprayed for ants and bugs. Also got a wasp's nest removed. Todd and Mike P did a great job!
My initial experience with this company has been been very favorable. The young sales associate was pleasant, knowledgeable but not pushy, and later the same day, the Aptive technician was equally pleasant and professional, and he did a very thorough job of assessing the possible issues we had with bug infestation. I look forward to working with Aptive if our future interactions are comparable!
Leo did a fantastic job! He arrived on time at the start of the appointment. This was my first service so he went through the contract and explained to me what he would be doing and what products he would be using. I can only hope the products work well as promised. Love to have him back for the next service.
It was a very good experience with Todd and Mike, they show us some of our home problems and explained very well what they were doing, they seem very knowledgeable. We also explain a few problem that we had in the past and they did not hesitate to help us to prevent it. The salesmen Daniel was also very nice and we felt happy choosing them. They show up on time, that is a big plus.
Terry did an excellent job! He explained what he would be doing and then explained to me at the end what he found and what products he used. He was very prompt and polite. I can only hope the product works as well as the customer service is! --Hillary L.

Todd and Mike P. were prompt and very professional. They pointed out a few pest problems I was unaware of and seemed very knowledgeable. This was my first service. So far so good.
Terry was very knowledgeable about the solutions needed to keep the pests away. He did an excellent job and I will be sure to use this service in the future, if the need should arise, and will recommend them to friends and family too.
Jonathan Strong was very courteous and did a great job. We will see if the chemicals work well as promised and get the same high review.
