The service has been really good, but today it was escalated to EXCELLENT, thanks to Johnny O. He was courteous, friendly and very informative. He was very easy to talk and was truly concerned about fixing the issue. He definitely is a keeper. He should be the serviceman the others model after. Let him know I appreciate his service today. Nothing. It’s a service I didn’t need and was mis represented when presented to me.
the sales person said so many wonderful reasons why we should signup as a customer, especially the cost. unfortunately through the realization of what I signed off on in the contract .. to what actually the service really did for the cost is totally opposite. warning everyone, Do not sign up.
