Extremely nice person. And he asked if we would like to know when he was finished. We said yes, and he did let us know.
When we signed up we were told it was going to be $89.00 every 3 months. However this is not what we have been being charged. Our card has been being charged 119.00 every three months. Needless to say we will be canceling when the contract is up.
The techs are fine, it's the company and how they take care of their clients and keep their billing system that is awful! For an year and a half they have NOT ONCE gotten my billing correct and they have NEVER fixed the problem but always say, "We;ll note it in your file" which accomplishes nothing since it happens again the next month! DO NOT USE THEM!
Eric did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed/wanted for all my issues. Would recommend Eric with Aptive to everyone.

There service is helpful, no spiders and other insects, but a bit expensive. They are accurate, their information is clear, always come as scheduled.
Chad was polite and completed the service even though the backyard was gated. He took the time to complete the service when others skipped the backyard. Great job!

I want to thank Steve and Kennard for today's service. They deserve a bonus. Very friendly and did a great job.
