Worst customer service I have experienced. Been trying to get a hold of someone. I have left messages and emails and NO ONE has gotten back to me. I will NEVER recommend this company. VERY poor service!!!!
Had a super pushy salesman come to my door today, unsolicited. Wasted my time and didn't know what the word no meant.
We had service with Aptive for more than couple years now , we recently had pest problem and they sent some representative couple months back whose service was very unsatisfactory solving the problem. As doubted problem has worsened so much that we had called other company who was prompt . We had been trying via their customer service multiple times who tells they will have regional manager call us .. and we never heard from regional manager despite repeat calls .. it’s become very frustrating and worst experience for us .. ... read more
One of Aptive's sales reps is going door to door around my neighborhood without wearing a mask. If you give your sales reps masks but don't enforce their use, your company will be known as a superspreader. I want my pest control company to take public health seriously. Isn't public health the point of pest control?

Had my first treatment yesterday. Jacob V was a sweetheart. Took time to explain any questions I had. Ledger Hunt is one fabulous sales man. Very patient and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.
