The representative explained everything thoughly and the man that sprayed the first time was polite and very knowledgeable as well
very professional and good at work.
I (Kevin L.) have been Aptive customer for a few years super happy with the results and the friendly & professional staff. The Other day Collin came out to get rid of a large wasp nest (Basketball size) in a tree on the property. He had a long day and was at the end of his shift but still came out and helped when he could have easily cancelled. He was super friendly and was cracking jokes with my kids you could not tell he had been on a 12 hour shift.

Just signed up with Aptive have yet to see how the products used work but i am happy to know that they will come back and treat my home again if i have any issues. it was an easy and friendly experience and for the price you cant beat it.
Was told initial application would be removing webs and visible signs that indicated insects or rodents, stille existed. After review today, not pleased with what I still see, let alone the things I may not be able to see. Another street vendor promising the world but leaving questionable results that are gonna make me cancel!
I don’t have anything to say. The boys were here for 6minutes and didn’t see what they did. Will need to watch next time.
