We made our reservation in this building through Booking.com (Chiswick Parkside Apartment). We arrived at this apartment, and it was a huge shock for us. The pictures and the listed specifications did not match reality at all! I have no idea how Booking.com allowed these apartments to be listed on their site. We lived here for a year as family with kids. Overall, not so bad as we couldn’t say it good either. This minimalist-modern building has been furnished well, with open spaces and extra facilities such as cinema, mini library, kitchen, playroom and rooftop. Unfortunately, the management just slowly response to our complaints about anything except we tried to ask again and again. Lovely building lovely location however , Nobody runs the place , the manager has no idea whats going on in the building and takes forever to reply let alone resolve issues The main door and terrace door has been broken for the 5 months out of 6 we’ve been here , the side door has never worked We’ve had appliances broken for literally months with no resolution The WiFi is shocking Had to wait for over an hour for the key when moving in , even though we was told it would be ready and waiting I’ve had 2 incidences of anti-soci... read more
I have lived in this building for some time now, and unfortunately, the management has been consistently disappointing. 1. Security Issues: The main door has been broken for over a month, despite multiple complaints from residents. This makes it impossible to feel safe, as anyone can enter the building.
