Very disappointed, everytime you call the practice there are no appointments left and when you go in person at 8am you are even told no appointments left. Would like to log a complaint about this Surgery. Even the staff are very rude.
Very professional, have and continue to support me in troubled times. Dr Kash Malik very compassionate and understanding. Receptionist Julie extremely caring and will do anything to help. In a day where we complain about our GP's I have always managed to get seen or heard within 24 hours.
Can never get a double appointment so you have a single appointment to be told come back in 2weeks to be told ring at 8am on the morning to be told at 8am in the morning no appointments seems if you dont go work you can get an appointment anytime . Put results in from blood pressure readings and still no outcome of it a month or more after
Charlotte Newis offered excellent service, very attentive, informative and knowledgeable would highly recommend her in future. Thank you
