DR TAYLOR - PATIENT TESTIMONIAL Im a retired property developer and have moved around Glasgow alot. As such I have experience of quite a few doctors. The Apsley Street Surgery was recommended to me by another G.P. as a very caring practice and taken my experience with around 25 different surgeries I feel I can say without fear of contradiction that they are a most excellent practice. Considering moving doctors because the receptionist is so rude, lies and belittles you at any chance she can get. I've had too many issues with her.
I can't recommend this surgery and the staff enough. I recently moved back to Glasgow from living abroad, and it was a bit tricky getting my medical notes and prescriptions sorted due to laws and language and other things. But the reception staff were really helpful and patient, the doctors were kind and listened, everyone went above and beyond to try and help me. They have also been great with my son, who is 3 at time of writing, getting him in on the same day when he is sick and looking at him carefully. I always feel list... read more
Just joined this practice following a recommendation by a Social Prescriber - formerly linked worker. Mainly due to the fact the surgery I WAS with wouldn't acknowledge or refer people to them. Unsurprisingly. The same practice which previously sent me a 'snotty' letter from its manager threatening legal action because I told the truth, publically about its inadequacies.
