SCAM! This place is should be investigated for fraud, I received a CPAP machine from them that was already OPENED and clearly was already used because the power button was worn and fading. Dangerous thing to do especially after COVID. When I asked why I got a used machine the lady in the front counter said sometimes we give refurbished machines. That’s disgusting and dangerous. I am a new patient and have called them various times. They NEVER answer the phone. You are left listening to hold music for about 20 minutes and then asked to leave a message and someone will call you back. They never call you back. Abismal service from the Miramar branch.
