Ridiculous how they treated my parents. First they measure wrong and gave us the wrong size door without taking accountability for it. They knew they could get away with making my parents look stupid because they can't stand up for themselves. Haven't even had a courtesy call from them yet, they know they messed up.

We recently had all our windows and 3 x composite doors fitted by James and his team. Very happy with the results, reasonably priced, great communication from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!
Previous issues have been resolved still awaiting paperwork that I was told I would receive within a few weeks of installation. I have been waiting since last year for my paperwork in relation to the installation of windows and front door and still have not received it after several attempts to make contact. Can someone contact me asap please All issues now resolved thank you for your speedy response to getting my paperwork to me received with thanks
