I meant to make this review awhile back but it kept slipping my mind. We had Cameron come out for a washer issue and I was greeted with a friendly smile and great personality. He reminded me of a my best friend. Within seconds he told us the issue and got it all submitted to the rental company we use. He even helped give us advice on other issues I was complaining about. I 10/10 recommend Cameron and this company!
I wish I could give 10 stars to Cameron, for his professional knowledge and repair skill and wonderful personality! He was here when I was told; he was so knowledgeable and speedy finding and repairing the appliances! I hate to say I do not know who I talked to on the phone, but both times she was very cheerful and had wonderful customer Service!! Thank-you Appliance RX, I will totally be recommending you!
Ryan was out to my friends house which has a refrigerator problem. Was up front and knowledgeable about the problem. Their rates are reasonable and would recommend them to anyone seeking appliance repair
They sent someone out right away to fix my oven. Everyone was friendly and the work was professional. Very happy with service.
Great service! They got someone out to look at my dishwasher within 24 hours and the part needed was here quickly. They said he would be here to install it between 8 and 1 and he was here right at 8. Highly recommend them!!
