Fast friendly service, I have a samsung dryer that stopped working on Thursday. I called them and they were able to send someone out that following Monday morning, the gentleman that came to the house was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked around 2 kids one that kept on wanting to see what he was doing and 5 curious dogs too. Would recommend any day. Now I know who to contact when an appliance breaks for us.
They were quick to respond. Been having a issue with my oven 2 years in a row. Best out there.
We purchased a Bosch dishwasher about 2 years ago, along with a warranty at the time. Over time, our dishwasher's front fascia piece had cracked along the top. It didn't impede operation, but looked rather nasty. We called Lowe's, who sent out Appliance RX to fix it. Not only was it fixed in very short order, but they also discovered the issue causing the cracking in the first place (a misalignment of the dishwasher installation) and fixed that as well.
