From start to finish Appliance RX, did a great job! It was hard to find a appliance repair shop in fort Leonard Wood. So we went ahead and gave them a call! Was a little worried about us being on post, but they had no issues! And schedule for a tech to come out the next day! They also sent a automated call letting us know that their tech was 15min away! They didn’t show up on us twice when Sears hired them for an HVAC job. First we were scheduled for July but they didn’t show up without notifying us. So they scheduled us the next month of August and found out the coils need replacement. So they scheduled us for a full repair for September and the day before of the repair they said that they haven’t accepted the job from Sears. A wonderful experience with Appliance RX. Ryan did an exceptional job with repairing our GE fridge door hinge. He took the time to align both the freezer and fridge doors for even wear. I want you to know that this service sucks! Customer service rep Jade has the worst attitude ever! I had an appointment on yesterday - I was here all day waiting for them because I needed my washing machine fixed. Came out within two hours of my call. Had part on truck and fixed within 1 hour. Washer back in business!! Thanks to Kolton our service tech, he was wonderful.
