Our fridge went out so we were desperate for a new one. Appliance Factory assured us we would get it in a week. Basically they lied to us, for the sale. One week out still no fridge. We demanded our money back walked into Specialty Appliance and got the same fridge for $500.00 less and an honest assessment of when we would get it. Once Appliance Factory gets your money not really interested in the follow through. Will never shop there again.
Do not shop here!!!! Don’t be fooled by the prices unless you want to wait for almost two months to have stuff delivered and installed and be treated rudely after the sale has been made. I purchased almost $4000 in appliances, was happy with the salesman and looked forward to the delivery a week later. Well in true Colorado fashion we had a major ice and snow storm a few days before. Terrible company, they lie about how much they will pay you to get you to apply for a job and then tell you they don't pay that once you get the job. When you start working their they don't treat their employees fair at all. Very poor management! NO communication!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Terrible Experience Appliance Factory as well. We purchased a washer on February 21st. We were informed it was discounted because it was scratched. We paid for next day delivery and installation. When the washer arrived the installers came in our home with mud all over their shoes, and made a complete mess. After they left the floor was cleaned, and we noticed that they scratched our floor next to the washer.
