People working closer to Boston will be able to find attractive rates to be closer to work. If rents continue to increase, some folks may be willing to pay a bit more and be closer to work, even if its a matter of 5 or 10 miles.
bird santurary this is a pleasant place to live. everyone is so nice to each other. it has great amenities like a large workout room with large screen TVS & a wonderful pool for the summer & colorful lounge chairs with umbrellas & dining tables. it also has 2 grills for all to use. right next door to 495.
