I would not recommend Appleton Square In May 2019, we were told our deck was unsafe to be on an a padlock was installed preventing us from using this. Two months later we have no information on when the deck will be fixed. We repeatedly spoke to the office and were told every time that there would be more information next week and when the next we came we were told that they do not know. Many times I have a hard time finding space, as there are cars parked here that DO NOT have resident stickers. There should be assigned spaces for tenants near their apartments. This is especially true on weekends when tenants have guests that park in resident spaces.
