Don’t Live Here DO NOT LIVE HERE or any Arrowpoint Properties! We were left without AC for all of August and September with no updates or contact from management about when it would be fixed. Management NEVER returns your call and maintenance will just walk into your apartment after two quiet knocks that you can’t hear if you are away from the door. Verified Renter Quiet and homey place to live. Maintenance is super responsive and helpful. Only bad side is how often and long the pool gets shut down for.
