Very grumpy night time staff, no I don’t know the procedure at 3 am and yes I forget each time because I’m tired and it’s 3 am!!! Fortunately new guy Jack always chatty and has time to explain the changes from day time petrol buying, otherwise score would be less

I am absolutely disgusted by the big worker at this service at 11:00 pm on Sunday 26th January my son with a chrone disease in his bowels needed to use the toilet badly and there was nowhere near and refused him to go in whilst crying in pain this is absolutely outrageous i hope that the worker gets punished and I will be reporting him to the local authorities.

If you must shop here - and I’d strongly advise against it - make sure you get a receipt and check it before leaving. I spent £5.80 on my bank card at the Greggs franchise and was overcharged by £52.78. I was told I could only have my money back in cash and I’d have to travel back to the shop to get it - which was hugely inconvenient. Avoid if you can.

I damaged their canopy and, which effectively ends my driving career. The point, however, is their reaction. They asked me to share insurance details with them, but wouldn't let me in before 6am. They wanted just to take the documents through the night window and do whatever they please. Was told that I will have to either wait more than hour (which I couldn't) for the shop to open if I want to stay with my documents, or they will call the police. And they did. And it all took so long shop got opened in the meantime anyway. ... read more
