I've come here on several occasions as I like the deli and usually the experience is lovely, however, the last couple of visits have been very disappointing. Usually the staff are great and friendly, particularly the black lady who works on the deli I didn't catch her name, she's really lovely and also the lad who works on the main counter with the long hair + beard, dead sound!
