Our house was difficult to sell but we were very pleased with Applegate Properties throughout. They were always positive, kept us informed and never pushed us into dropping the price. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service from Applegate Properties. I drove all the way to Huddersfield from Sheffield for a scheduled house viewing, only for the estate agent, John, to never turn up. To make matters worse, he didn’t even have the courtesy to send a message or call to let me know he wouldn’t be there. We’ve just completed today (last day in Feb) on a property that only went on the market on Christmas Eve - a service beyond our expectations. The sale was a probate and obviously a challenging time, made harder by us being 250 miles away. The agents from start to finish were professional, courteous and efficient. I can’t praise Claire and her team highly enough. Right from the start I felt a sense of confidence and reassurance that the management of my house sale was in safe, experienced and knowledgeable hands. Claire was always prompt in returning calls or emails and always happy to do whatever she could to offer information, advice and support when needed. It’s no surprise Applegate have won so many prestigious awards- I would recommend them to anyone. Huge thanks to Claire and the team.
