I was on my way from Florida to NY and blew out a tire. The service Dept. got me right in, found me an exact matched tire, installed it and replaced my spare back under my Traverse AWD. Got me on my way in about an hour or so. Greatly appreciated the help. Thanks again.

I have had bad experiences with their service department in the past, misdiagnosing and having to have another dealership do the work which I believe they did not want to do because it was warranty work. This time I take my vehicle in to find that the part that needs replaced is covered under a federal emissions warranty, now my vehicle was a couple thousand miles over the warranty parameters however; General Motors was willing to Goodwill the warranty work and help me on their end but Apple Valley told General Motors they w... read more
