To tell the truth and not lie to customers to get them back in the door. Won't get me again
We went there to purchase a vehicle. They were nearly $100 away from what we could pay. So we left. 2 days later they call back and give us a price much closer. We called back and wanted to try to make a deal. They flat out told us they lied about the new price just to get us back in the door. I made it very clear we could not budge. I get they have to make a living, but don’t flat out lie to me.
I bought a few cars there and had a positive experience. Not anymore! Bought a car 18 months ago that just was diagnosed with a transmission slipping failure. Just discovered that they (dealership) was experiencing intermittent transmission slipping issues within 1-month of selling me the car and they did not tell me. Talked to General Manager and he could not care less!! Seems reasonable to take this lemon in trade for a different car from them, nope! AVOID...AVOID...AVOID!
