From customer service to sales they need to take a serious look at operations! I always have an issue now. I spend thousands of dollars at dealership and not a care in the world how to do customer care.

RecommendedFIVE STAR experience with Mark Rivas at Miller Auto Group/Apple Valley Martinsburg today. My son was purchasing his very first vehicle and Mark was great in taking the time to explain the process each step of the way. Treated him like gold and made the entire experience a pleasure. I recently purchased a new vehicle and my sales rep Nathan was a pleasure to work with. ( I highly recommend working with him) I showed up on his DAY OFF!! and after a short wait he came in, walked me through the process, and was very professional ,knowledgeable and pleasant even when it looked like a sale wasn’t in play, On his DAY OFF!!, however in the end a sale was made and I am truly happy with my new 2020 Chevy trax !!!
