Just bought a car Saturday and its already got an engine light on. They cant help me unless I pay $130 to have them look at it.
Big thumbs down! 👎👎👎Our sales person was wonderful but when you sell out a car underneath of someone that has”first right to the car” then are notified someone else just bought it. Being in the sales industry myself I know better. Wow!!! Our son saved money to buy a car and came to experience this nightmare. Will never go back... will never recommend. I just bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze with only 4 miles on it!! Jonathan Wilson helped me pick out the perfect car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I took my car to have it looked at for idle problem and a hard start problem... I paid $130 to wait 3hrs and have them not to fix a damn thing just give me codes the same any auto parts store does for free. Plus the mechanic didnt was no help didnt know nothing. Im not going here again also telling other not to aswell. This place is a joke!!!!!
they should give loaner vehicles to customers who bought a vehicle and is getting the dealership to fix their mistake. not leave someone stranded walking for days
