Service techs spend more time running back and for to the coffee island to get anything done. I leased my car from a dealer in Winchester. Part of the lease agreement gave me two complimentary oil changes at any dealership. I won't shop here or have work done here unless I breakdown and I'm towed here.
If you are a woman, they aren't waiting on you! Also, had a large, sweaty man doing construction who gave me a hard time about where I parked my truck and the fact that it took up more than one space. It is a one ton truck, crew cab, long bed. I really can't shrink it to fit into one space...it's long. The derogatory comments were not necessary. I was ready to buy a Toyota truck for my son that day, but we left and spent our money where we were treated respectfully.
My daughter suggested that we go there and see Ben Kelly he was the best. We did and he hooked us up with a wonderful salesman named Jack Kirkpatrick and between the both of them we made a great deal. They even had to go to another lot to get the van for us. every thing went smooth as silk. So thanks, Ben and Jack for all your hard work I would recommend you guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. We love our new Van.
I only get work done on my truck here. They have always done good work and I trust that they always will. No complaints from me. The service here is great!
