Several weeks before Christmas I called and made an appointment to have a recall on my Monte Carlo. The girl I spoke with literally started an argument with me that my Monte Carlo was NOT a Chevrolet. I said, I have owned Monte Carlo's since 1976, I believe I know what I'm talking about. How can u charge 3000 dollars to send a vehicle from frederick to martinsburg... mr bobby has the most ridiculous sales strategy. He is the textbook rip off car salesman.
