Courtney fixed my iPad problem. I had 2 Apple IDs. The one I don't use anymore was not letting me use my iPad. Courtney was very nice and helpful. Now I can use my iPad.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was assisted! Within 10 minutes I was out the door! They have definitely improved from my first visit when they had me waiting a long time! �

Appt was 650, did not get seen until 745, Issues were resolved but not as we would have liked. Their suggestion as with all of the devices, shut it down and clear it out. Apple does suck !!
