The was crowded as expected since it is the only Apple Store for miles. They couldn't find my appointment but took me anyway. Problem was fixed and I was out in an hour.
Tried to call for two days to set up an appointment. Waited on the phone for up to 25 mins and decided to just drive there. Not a smart idea. We were told that it would be a 4 hour wait. No way!
So i bought our first iPhone (7) for my daughter for X'mas since we was taking it to our carrier to be activated i did not check to see if it worked. Had it waiting for 2 weeks then went to have it turned on. The phone did not work... Even though frustrated we went back to towson to get another new phone. The lady was very helpful! We got the new new phone a extra set of ear buds charger & adapter plus a free Screen protector for our troubles. Hated the experience thought they talk to me like jerks.
I felt like I was speaking to a phone scripted a-hole instead of a real person. Sent us a message to come back between 12:40 and 1 o'clock and now it's 1:42 and the guy just says wait longer not his fault. Why not to say sorry it's taking longer than usual will contact you as soon as possible? If you hate people don't work in customer service.
Attentive and friendly staffs with professional services
Need to have an appointment??!! Since when? Very poorly organized store, staff is hit and miss, most will walk by you.
we set up the appointment for 1130....it's now 1230. horrible wait. never again apple!!!
