Maybe if there were employees to direct customers where to go and what to do instead of packing people in like sardines I wouldn't hate it so much. But it is hectic, confusing, and chaotic with inefficient and rude employees. (If you're able to even find an employee) never going back.
It was amazing!!!!! Especially our Apple Genius Bar helper TIM, he was fantastic! I had a 8:45 appointment and was seen at 8:30... and I was done by 9:00!!! I'm telling you TIM really knows his job! Thanks again 😉👍🏼
