I love high end Centers with good customer service. I also like the other variety of stores that have quality products for all demographics.
Don't but in to the negative reviews. Most people who review anything are impatient and can't wait for anything. Understand, a Genius appointment is a ballpark appointment, not a guaranteed time. Furthermore, the volume this store does is crazy, therefore, pack a little patience as they treat and help each and every customer identically. I'm so disappointed from poor customer service! I walked in, was ignored, never greeted. I stood patiently for three or more minutes and was overlooked. I found a sales associate that appeared available but he wasn't able to help as he explained he only sold accessories. I immediately turned and left the store! I would not recommend to anyone. Surely my business isn't valued
I was very disappointed in the wait. I had a 5:15pm appt and checked in at 5:00pm. Checked in with Nick and told me he would get me a seat at the bar as soon as possible. 5:50 I am still not waited on. Several people who arrived after me were seated. I asked to speak with a manager. He pointed me back to Nick but he explained that the techs have specialties and the folks seen before me had different problems. Why didn't Nick tell me this.
