Very Good
Wait time is too long. Need to open up another store Even after having a appointment still had to wait a hour
Thank you, Brad, for the great customer service! From start to finish my experience at this Apple Store was extremely positive.
Kudos and many thanks for the Apple Store at Towson Town Center. Your help yesterday in setting up my iPad was terrific. Special thanks to Sandeep and to Brittany, but also to everyone on staff. Your organized, efficient efforts seemed to be helping many, many folks. Very very grateful. Leslie Baltimore City
Terrible customer service, 40 minute wait to spend a significant amount of money. Gave up and will spend my cash elsewhere
