Don't believe the negative comments... THIS is the way customer service is supposed to be: professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, outgoing, personable, etc., and everyone we came in contact with in this store exemplified those qualities! Kudos to David, Daniel, Grant, Jeise, and Jonvi (?) for all of their help today... it was much appreciated!!
Terrible! Arrive early for an appointment but can't be seen early, ok...walk (shop) for an hour and a half to return to the store at the time told to return to be told by someone else that the time was incorrect... But I could feel free to look around and wait for someone that could see me 2 hours later! Are you freaking kidding me?! Customer service does not equate to waiting 4 hours to complete a 3 minute task of replacing a cracked screen. See if I ever enter your store again.
