Rude - from beginning to end. Will not return.
My husband's iPhone 7 stopped working after the most recent iOS update. he brought it into your store and because he had his screen replaced by another place he has to pay $150 for you to fix the problem that only occurred because of the required update......im confused. Apple's update broke the phone......but we have to pay for it to be fixed??? pretty bad customer service

Went in last week to have my husbands screen repaired. They told us it would be a 2.5 hour wait. An employee suggested if we didn’t want to wait, to schedule an appt in advance and then come in. So we scheduled it for the following week. We went in with our appt, and they still said it would be 2 hours. Somehow we ended up waiting 3.5 hours for a screen repair, even with an appointment. Horrible customer service. Had to drive here from PA to deal with a warranty issue. Can’t make appointments same day. Need to wait several days for appointment Walk in takes 2 hours
I hate the whole process. It’s like a factory , it’s too much going on in that store!!!
