Decent price for rent, but the apartment are nothing special. Needs updating and the internet service is terrible.
After I moved out of the dorms at Grand Valley State, this was the first place I lived on my own outside of my home growing up. Looking back now four years after I moved out of here and Michigan, Apple Ridge really set a high bar for what I’ve come to expect from apartment housing - and it’s a bar some places I’ve lived since have greatly struggled to meet. There are a great many days that I miss this place.
