I’ve lived here for 2 years and this place is ridiculous. I called 3 months ago....THREE months ago to have our bathroom closet replaced and was told someone would be out there that week to fix it.....I’ve called every month twice a month to have it fixed and still nothing so today I speak to the manager and I get upset and he says we will have someone out there today by 4:30. I do not recommend living at this residence. The office is disorganized, my paperwork was wrong from the day I moved in and they screwed up my final rent-taking it out of the security deposit without a phone call or explanation. I called maintenance at least 5 times for various concerns, including a bird in my furnace. When I called maintenance they told me "they usually find their way out," but they didn't and when I turned the heat on come fall the furnace needed repairs because there was a dead bird inside. I used to tell my friends. That Apple Ridge is a great and convenient local place to live. Now, i have mixed feelings. I actually called corporate office one day. Cause of how mad i was. With how much the rent was increased. The guy actually told me. That i should look for another place to live. Cause he thought the prices were practical. Will never forget that!
